Culinary Professional

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Mercy - 500 South Oakwood Road, Oshkosh, WI 54904. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.

• Prepare and serve meals or prepare for delivery, using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards.
• Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
• Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including every other weekend and holiday.
• Willingness to train.

• Weekend and holiday shift premiums.
• $18.00 per hour pay rate.
