Key Responsibilities
- Review DME rentals with clients and maintain updated lists to determine which equipment should be purchased.
- Coordinate purchase proposals for capital projects and own the end-to-end PO to invoice process for all sourcing projects.
- Review item substitutions and discontinued items submitted by suppliers.
- Manage daily queues of requests from direct email and task management workflow.
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a desire to learn, grow, and develop their skills. A bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Economics is ideal. A minimum of a high school education or GED is required. This will be an in-person position located in Morton Grove, IL.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft suite, specifically Excel and Outlook, is preferred. Our office strives to provide an exciting and energizing work environment, with benefits offered after 60 days of employment.
