Job Title: District Manager Intern

Job Summary:

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer satisfaction, and team management. You'll work closely with our district managers to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist district managers in store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team development.
  • Conduct customer walks and participate in store tours to identify areas for improvement.
  • Learn and understand all relevant store operations policies and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as payroll, sales book, and memo verification.
  • Participate in store resets and grand openings, and assist with inventory management.
  • Develop subject matter knowledge and work closely with team members to improve store conditions and associate performance.
  • Attend company trainings and meetings as required.
Requirements:
  • In current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
