Job Description

Job Title: District Manager Trainee

Job Summary:

Aldi is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented District Manager Trainee to join our team. As a District Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced district managers and gain hands-on experience in store operations, customer satisfaction, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist district managers in store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team development.
  • Shadow store managers and manager trainees to learn the fundamentals of store operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in store tours and customer walks to gain a deeper understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll, sales reports, and inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties, including customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively within a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • In current pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external parties.
