Patient Blood Sample Collector

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at BAYHEALTH INC. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of laboratory test results.
Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $58,000 per year
Key Responsibilities- Collect and process blood samples from patients, following established protocols.
- Label and transport samples to the laboratory, maintaining chain-of-custody.
- Interact with patients and staff, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical assistant certification preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in home health or laboratory setting preferred.
