Position Overview:
As a Server, you play a vital role in our team, delivering authentic hospitality. You should be energetic, eager to grow within the hospitality sector, and committed to your colleagues.
Servers are responsible for ensuring positive guest interactions while providing friendly and efficient service, playing a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the dining area before and after shifts, completing assigned tasks to focus on guest service.
- Engage effectively with guests, assisting them with menu selections.
- Manage tables and enhance the customer experience with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar, accommodating special dietary needs and requests.
Qualifications:
- Preferred minimum of one year of experience in food service or hospitality.
- Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to create memorable connections with guests through food and beverage offerings.
- Strong communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with team members and management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Must possess all necessary food and alcohol certifications as required by location.
