About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Order Management Specialist to join our team at AOB Products Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and creating shipments in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter customer orders, sales, marketing, and engineering orders into our ERP system.
  • Process customer EDI orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Create return labels for customer returns and process credit card payments for pay-in-advance customers.
  • Process order confirmations, shipment details, and invoices on customer portals as assigned.
  • Make updates to customer orders as requested by buyers, sales representatives, or sales managers.
  • Release orders, backorders, and future orders in a timely manner and generate daily reports for backorder replenishment and outstanding orders.
  • Effectively communicate with other departments as needed and work as part of a team.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma is required, and a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, are essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, great organization skills, and attention to detail are required.
  • The ability to sit for prolonged periods and work in an office environment is necessary.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in our office environment and may be exposed to manufacturing noise, airborne liquid chemicals, fine particulate dust, ambient temperatures, and industrial lighting.
