Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and compassionate bedside care and assistance to patients and residents
  • Communicate effectively with patients, residents, and nursing team members to ensure confidence and consistency in care
  • Build strong relationships with patients, residents, family members, and team members to promote a positive and supportive care environment
  • Champion quality care and quality of life for our patients and residents, advocating for their needs and preferences
Qualifications
  • Certified in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and write accurately
