The ideal candidate will assist the Activity Coordinator in implementing and executing an Activity Program for all residents in the facility.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in planning Activity Program through Residents Council and Activity Coordinator
- Assisting residents to and from activities
- Communicating status of residents to Activity Coordinator
- Attending interdisciplinary care plan team meetings and documenting on care plan and in progress notes
- Making arrangements for movies, live entertainment for special programs, and group outings
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate residents and promote their well-being through direct activities.
