Job Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least 2 years of experience
  • Have a strong background in NICU care
  • Be proficient in using ventilators such as Draeger and Servo I
  • Have experience with airway management, medication administration, and vent management
  • Be a strong communicator and team player
  • Be willing to float to other campuses as needed

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
