Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently process inquiries from start to finish, creating offers that meet customer needs.
  • Process customer orders from receipt to invoicing, ensuring timely completion and accurate tracking.
  • Monitor and track offers and project opportunities to ensure maximum conversion rates.
  • Enter and maintain accurate master data in our merchandise management system (ERP).
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or several years of professional experience in a similar field.
  • Several years of experience in sales support, with a focus on quotation and order processing.
  • Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, with experience in data entry and maintenance.
