About the RoleThis position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic dental practice, delivering exceptional preventive care services while promoting a positive and inclusive experience for patients. As an integral member of our team, you will focus on providing top-tier patient care, guided by our comprehensive G3 model: Greeting, Guiding, and Gratitude.
The role encompasses various responsibilities, including:
- Exceptional Patient Care: Deliver tailored care while creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported.
- Promote Inclusion and Safety: Maintain a Safe Smile Space (S3) by fostering an inclusive and comfortable environment for all patients and team members.
- Preventive and Therapeutic Care: Provide professional dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatments to enhance patients' oral health and overall well-being.
- Oral Health Assessments: Conduct thorough screenings to identify oral health concerns, including oral cancer screenings.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques and the impact of conditions like malocclusion on their oral health.
- Comprehensive Care Approach: Screen individual patient needs, offering recommendations for improving overall oral and systemic health.
- Continuous Development: Participate in professional growth opportunities to enhance leadership, clinical, and business skills through Smile Brands' learning programs.
To succeed in this role, you should possess either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new graduates welcome). A current CPR certification is also required.
As an Oral Health Professional at Smile Brands, you can expect a competitive salary range of $52-$58 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications.
