Job Overview

The Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. With a focus on leadership and team management, this position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Supervise and support store staff, including recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Implement effective inventory management and ordering processes to maximize stock levels and minimize waste
  • Monitor and analyze business results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management or supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
