Store Leadership Role

The Shift Leader plays a vital role in the overall leadership and direction of the store, partnering with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager to ensure a seamless experience for guests and a productive work environment for team members.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading shifts, focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction, while maintaining a commitment to excellence and making fun happen.
You will demonstrate mastery of the DOING of Team Member, with ease, enthusiasm, and excellence, and think strategically about maximizing product sales and waste management.
A key aspect of this role is to take ownership of the look and feel of the store, ensuring it meets the company's high standards, and leveraging effective communication on the floor during the shift.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that team members are executing SOP and quality standards correctly and consistently, and actively coaching and giving feedback to Team Members to ensure they are bringing their best DOING and BEING to their role.
This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive culture on every shift with every team member.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience required.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to stand for 4 to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
