**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Seaford Center in Seaford, DE. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients and residents.

**Responsibilities**

* Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
* Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care, with an emphasis on limiting the use of overtime and agency personnel.
* Participate in staff mentorship, recruitment, new hire orientation, and recommend employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.

**Qualifications**

* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
* Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.
* Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is preferred.
* Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care is preferred.
* One year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred.
