Position Overview:
This role operates on a commission-based structure, providing you the opportunity to enhance your earnings based on your dedication and effort.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide customers through the purchasing journey from beginning to end, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
2. Share your enthusiasm for powersports with our clientele.
3. Collaborate closely with our Parts and Service teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
4. Diligently follow up with all prospects and existing customers.
5. Work alongside an experienced Floor Manager throughout the sales process.
6. Receive comprehensive training from senior managers and sales experts to thrive on the sales floor.
7. Maintain an appealing showroom and motorcycle displays to attract customers.
8. Utilize a state-of-the-art CRM system to keep in touch with all customers and prospects.
9. Stay informed about our brands, product offerings, and company events to become a valuable resource for our customers.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; we offer training to ensure your success.
- Previous experience in the powersports industry is advantageous; product knowledge training will be provided.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and assist others proactively.
- Riding experience and a current motorcycle endorsement are preferred but not mandatory.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
