Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team as a full-time representative. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory while cultivating new customers and developing relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share">
  • Coordinate all aspects of the building project, including MBI personnel, subcontractors, and permitting requirements">
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support">

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • ">
  • A minimum of ~2 years sales experience or 5 years construction management experience">
  • An Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, construction, or project management preferred">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">

Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive monthly base salary, training subsidy, and commission pay structure offering outstanding earning potential. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage, paid holidays, vacation, and leave time, as well as an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP).

Earning Potential: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
