Job Description

We are seeking a licensed hearing aid dispenser and/or audiologist to join our team in Mentor, OH. As a hearing instrument specialist, you will be responsible for greeting customers, analyzing test findings, and recommending assistive listening and hearing solutions. You will also educate patients on how to use and maintain their hearing aid devices and make follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
  • Analyze test findings and make recommendations based on the customer's hearing loss
  • Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions
  • Educate patients on how to use and maintain their hearing aid devices
  • Make follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
  • Licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and/or Audiologist
