Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at PABCO Building Products, LLC. As a key member of our Packaging area, you will be responsible for supporting the Packaging Line Superintendent and demonstrating our Core Values of Integrity, Safety, Respect, Customer Focus, Quality, Innovation, and Financial Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload brick from kiln cars and palletize
  • Sort brick according to specifications
  • Throw brick that does not meet quality standards onto grog belt
  • Unclog grog belt or re-stock plastic as needed
  • Re-stock packaging line with pallets and/or wood strips
  • Clean on or around grog belt and kiln cars
  • Maintain work area according to company specifications for cleanliness and safety
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Requires on-the-job training to perform duties
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and supervisors
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to follow simple instructions
Work Environment

The work environment is a plant setting with loud noise, moving machinery, and dusty conditions. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work in extreme temperatures.
