Audit Manager

The Audit Manager will oversee and manage the audit process for our clients. This role requires a highly skilled professional with experience in audit management, as well as strong knowledge of financial services, risk management, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall audit process for clients, including planning, execution, and reporting
- Review and analyze financial statements and related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Provide guidance and support to audit team members, including conducting performance evaluations and mentoring
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend strategies to mitigate potential risks
- Manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date on relevant financial services and auditing standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments, such as tax and consulting, to provide comprehensive services to clients
Qualifications:
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit management
- Strong knowledge of financial services, risk management, and compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
