This unpaid internship program is designed for college students to acquire practical experience and knowledge that will aid in their academic and professional journeys. Key Responsibilities for Public Health Interns:

  • Conducting investigations on the health impacts of environmental hazards
  • Evaluating and improving health education initiatives for vulnerable populations
  • Creating informative materials regarding genetic disorders for families and healthcare providers
  • Interpreting health behavior statistics to inform policy-making

Qualifications for Public Health Interns:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program such as biological sciences, public health, or a related discipline
  • Ability to secure transportation to and from the designated work location
