TDS Telecom is seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our team. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our residential products and services door-to-door in your assigned territory.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary plus uncapped commissions, resulting in an estimated annual earnings range of $60,000-$100,000 or more, depending on performance and location. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, seven paid national holidays, and one floating holiday.

Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with potential customers through door-to-door visits, networking, and referrals to inform them about TDS's voice, data, and television services within your assigned territory.
  2. Conduct sales calls to identify customer needs, provide relevant information, and sell TDS services to prospective customers to achieve your sales targets.
  3. Complete sales documentation accurately and submit daily sales orders, agreements, third-party verifications, and reports to your supervisor, following company guidelines.
  4. Manage customer relationships from the initial sale through installation, conducting follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction post-installation.
  5. Create community buzz by organizing and participating in community events to create sales opportunities and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • You must be eligible for a seller's permit and/or solicitor's license as required by market.
  • You must have access to reliable transportation.

Please note that this position may require additional local background checks and permitting processes to obtain licenses to sell, as required by local municipalities and government. Any licenses or permits required by market will be company-paid and provided.
