The Validation Engineer plays a crucial role in the comprehensive development of validation processes. This includes the formulation and documentation of modeling strategies for the engineering team, as well as spearheading failure analysis and the design of testing apparatus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent FEA modeling setups and perform model verifications to guarantee precise analyses.
  • Generate project documentation and manage multiple validation projects concurrently.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients and various internal departments.
  • Assess customer validation requirements and devise suitable testing methodologies and design jigs.
  • Compile test reports and deliver presentations to clients.
  • Oversee product testing and coordinate related activities.
  • Document testing protocols, programs, and systems.

Required Skills:

Expertise in Validation, Simulation, Hypermesh, Durability, Validation protocols, FEA, failure analysis, finite element analysis, CAE engineering, Nastran, DesignLife, Ncode, and Abaqus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Desirable: Over 5 years of experience in Validation Engineering within the automotive sector. Proficient in software tools including Hypermesh, Abaqus, Ncode/DesignLife, and Nastran.
