About the Role: As a Senior Engineer at Terracon, you will lead and manage complex engineering projects from start to finish. With a strong background in geotechnical engineering, you will provide technical direction and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead safety efforts for team members and ensure adherence to safety rules and guidelines.
- Promote continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects.
- Develop an understanding of project-related risk and implement strategies to protect the company.
- Provide technical direction for production and completion of both routine and unique or complex projects.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
- Minimum 8-11 years' experience in geotechnical engineering is preferred.
- Master's degree in Engineering or a related field is desired.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable violation history is necessary.

**Compensation Package:**
The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and holidays.
