We're currently looking for a Automotive Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in solving their automotive needs.


Job Responsibilities:



  • Participate in a culture that focuses on 'Safety First' and 'Environmental Stewardship,' adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Perform daily tasks with a positive attitude and focus on four core company values: Respect, Help, Learn & Grow.
  • Prioritize cleanliness and appearance of the facility and work area.
  • Listen to and interact with customers to deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  • Help customers use digital kiosks or mobile devices to look up inventory.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions for customers at admissions and checkout.
  • Receive and process car titles and other paperwork.
  • Read, interpret, and enter data into computer systems for accurate record keeping.
  • Provide warranty information to customers.
  • Communicate sales promotions and upcoming events to customers.
  • Meet personal and team performance goals.
  • Abide by the Company Playbook, which includes all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Comply with the company dress code policy.
  • Learn new skills, assist teammates, and complete other retail tasks as directed.

Requirements:



  • Commitment to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  • Experience in a retail or customer service position.
  • Good administrative and organizational skills (including cash management).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Good computer skills with the ability to navigate mobile devices.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Willing and able to stand, walk, bend, lift 50lbs, and stretch as required by a specific task.
  • Must work retail store hours including overtime, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Be willing and able to work in an industrial environment (mainly indoors and some outdoors) with exposure to different weather conditions.
  • Reliable means of transportation to work.
  • Preferred qualifications include basic knowledge of auto parts and auto parts sales experience.

Salary: $17.00-$19.50 per hour.
