Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An AA/AS degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Preferred certifications including DoD 8570 IA Baseline Certification, IAT Level I such as A+ CE, Network+ CE, SSCP, or CCNA-Security.
  • Availability for standard work hours, with occasional after-hours support as needed.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and MS Office 2013.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Remedy.
  • Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities.
  • The capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills

Additional experience in the following areas is advantageous:

  • Maintenance of Xerox, Lexmark, HP, or Ricoh printers.
  • Prior experience with USACE/ACE-IT.
  • Knowledge of Video Teleconferencing systems, particularly Cisco.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Background in a DoD environment.
  • Support experience with Office 365.
Technical Environment

The role involves working with Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating systems, utilizing the ServiceNow ticketing system, and the Microsoft 365 Office suite.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a Secret clearance (Interim Secret Clearance required prior to start).
  • Hold a DoD 8570 IAT level I certification or be willing to obtain it within 6 months.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
