BMW Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MINI Technician to join our team at BMW of Pittsburgh. As a MINI Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with MINI vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

• Diagnose and repair complex issues with MINI vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on MINI vehicles
• Work with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide solutions
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless service delivery
• Stay up-to-date with the latest MINI technology and repair procedures

• 2+ years of experience as a service technician
• ASE certification in brake, electrical, and engine repair
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
