Workover Rig Crew Member

Brigade Energy Services is a leading Workover Rig company in the United States, seeking a skilled Workover Rig Crew Member to join our team in Snyder, TX.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Workover Rig Crew Member to work as part of a team to ensure all daily operational activities are performed in accordance with our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our people and service delivery to our customers.

• Assist in rigging up and down, ensuring all equipment is properly secured and maintained.
• Responsible for all elevated work associated with rigging up/down, including removing horse heads from pumping units.
• Responsible for all work related to servicing the well, including rod basket and tubing board operations.
• Operate tubing elevators for standing tubing in Derrick.
• Supports picking up or laying down tubing and manually moving tubing between rack and work floor.
• Responsible for stopping work if conditions are unsafe and reports concerns immediately, including all hazards or potentially hazardous situations, accidents, incidents, and injuries.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures and according to safety regulations.
• May be required to work floors or derricks on the rig as needed.
• Perform PPE, fall protection, fall arrest system, harness, derrick, and hoisting component inspections as required.
• Pull and lay down rods, tubing, casing, and other equipment as needed.
• Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and tailgate meetings as scheduled.
• Responsible for keeping the work site, equipment, and tools clean and in good working order.
• Assist in the daily inspection and maintenance of equipment.
• Successfully perform elevator handling, hardline construction, and energy isolation procedures.
• Report all incidents as per company policies.
• Drive crew truck as needed (driver's license and clean driving record required).

• 1+ years of experience in the oilfield and/or Workover Rig industry.
• Previous experience working in a team environment and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Willing and able to continuously increase knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime as required.
• Ability to perform in outdoor working environments in extreme temperatures and conditions.
• Must provide proof of right to work in the United States, have a clean driving record, and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
