Job Summary

Brigade Energy Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Workover Rig Crew Member to join our team in Snyder, TX. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our workover rigs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in rigging up and down, including removing horse heads from pumping units.
  • Perform all elevated work associated with rigging up/down.
  • Responsible for servicing wells, including rod basket and tubing board operations.
  • Operate tubing elevators for standing tubing in the Derrick.
  • Support the team in picking up or laying down tubing and manually moving tubing between racks and the work floor.
  • Identify and report any safety concerns or hazards, and ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • May be required to work on floors or derricks on the rig as needed.
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance of equipment, including PPE, fall protection, and hoisting components.
  • Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and tailgate meetings as scheduled.
  • Keep the work site, equipment, and tools clean and in good working order.
  • Assist in the daily inspection and maintenance of equipment.
  • Successfully perform elevator handling, hardline construction, and energy isolation procedures.
  • Report all incidents as per company policies.
  • Drive crew trucks as needed (driver's license and clean driving record required).
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in the oilfield and/or workover rig industry.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships as part of a team.
  • Willing and able to continuously increase knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Can work flexible schedules and overtime as required.
  • Can perform in outdoor working environments in extreme temperatures and conditions.
  • Must provide proof of right to work in the United States, have a clean driving record, and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
