Maternal-Fetal Medicine Physician Opportunity with Kaiser Permanente in Southern California

Overview:
The Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) offers a comprehensive benefits and longevity-based compensation package that enables physicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. This package includes competitive compensation, medical/dental/vision coverage, supplemental medical coverage, special dependent coverage, vacation/holiday/sick/education time and leave, retirement and savings plans, relocation package, professional liability coverage, and eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
Partnership Opportunities:
Physicians who join SCPMG have the opportunity to transition to a Partner/Owner of the organization after three consecutive years of full-time employment or six consecutive years of part-time employment. This partnership comes with increased benefits, including compensation, retirement, and life insurance, as well as voting rights on organizational decisions.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this opportunity, physicians must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine. The SCPMG San Bernardino County Service area serves a diverse population in the northeastern section of the LA Basin, offering a unique blend of mountain and beach outdoor activities, excellent schools, and affordable housing options.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for full-time/part-time openings is $537,175.00 - $609,423.00, with potential premium earnings up to $71,784.00. Salaries are inclusive of incentives depending on skills and competencies and geographic location. Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
