Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience working in Quality, Production, or similar.
  • Experience developing business cases and cost savings packages.
Desired Skills
  • OET/PMT program experience.
  • Experience with SAP, Apriso, VECAMS, Tableau, or similar.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize assignments.
  • Experience developing, monitoring, and/or reporting metrics related to cost, quality, safety, and schedule performance specific to standard cost and fixed-priced models.
  • Green or Black Belt training/certification.
