The Customer Service Ambassador is a key member of the Gun Lake Casino team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting the GLC Rewards program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent, courteous service to guests while promoting the GLC Rewards card and marketing/promotional events.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the property and all marketing, promotional, and special event initiatives.
  • Enroll guests into the property's GLC Rewards program while ensuring high data accuracy.
  • Respond to guests' requests, complaints, and inquiries in a courteous and prompt manner.
  • Practice teamwork, support fellow Team Members, and create an energized, positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner and handle all guest opportunities promptly.
  • Maintain excellent grooming and uniform standards.
Requirements
  • One (1) plus years of experience in customer service or hospitality required.
  • Ability to efficiently and accurately key in data into a database.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Work experience in the gaming or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Must obtain a Gun Lake Tribal Gaming License.
Physical Requirements
  • Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Must have the manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment.
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, run, and climb stairs for the duration of shift.
  • Must have the ability to access all properties and areas.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
