Job Title: Machine Operator

QPS Employment Group is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at a company in Antioch, IL. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individual to operate advanced printing and converting machines. The successful candidate will have experience in converting, printing, paper packaging, corrugates, or a similar manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Garant, Beasley, and/or Weber printing and converting machines
  • Set up jobs, troubleshoot ink, glue, and plate issues
  • Ensure production meets high-quality standards and customer demands
Requirements:
  • Experience in converting, printing, paper packaging, corrugates, or a similar manufacturing environment
  • Proven mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods (10-hour shifts) and lift up to 50lbs
  • Experience with Beasley, Garant, or Weber bag machines is a plus
