Healthcare Facilities Maintenance Expert

Job Description: As a Healthcare Facilities Maintenance Expert with James Gollner Services Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of fire safety and security in hospitals and skilled nursing facilities across California.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Inspect and repair fire alarm systems to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Install new fire alarm systems according to state-approved plans, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Maintain and upgrade nurse call systems, providing efficient communication between staff and patients.
- Collaborate closely with field supervisors, project managers, and lead designers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Certify that all installations meet industry standards, guaranteeing maximum safety and efficiency.
- Develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies to reduce equipment failure rates and extend system lifespan.
About You:
">To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of low-voltage systems, proficiency in computer panel troubleshooting, and excellent problem-solving skills. A valid JW card and OSHA certification are preferred but not required.
