Pinnacle Resources Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Department, you will be responsible for processing client billings, generating electronic Proformas, and preparing invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electronic Billing: Generate electronic Proformas, edit and complete monthly Proformas, and prepare invoices for clients.
  • Client Communication: Work closely with attorneys and staff to resolve billing issues and respond to client inquiries.
  • Invoice Management: Process and submit electronic invoices, follow up on outstanding items, and track invoice distribution.
  • Software Proficiency: Learn new software applications, processes, and assist with developing procedures and policies.
  • Reporting: Generate month-end reports for distribution as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: 2+ years of professional billing experience in a legal, accounting, or architectural firm.
  • Skills: Knowledge of billing and e-billing processes, accounting software (Elite / 3E), and data entry and management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Paperless Proforma, Ebilling Hub, and ARCS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
