We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital. This is a travel occupational therapy position that requires a licensed OT with BLS certification.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home care setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • BLS certification
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
Work Environment

This is a 13-week contract position with a shift of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. No call requirements are expected. Travelers will work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's). Holiday time off will be considered, but not guaranteed.

  • Need 2 supervisor references at submittal; 1 within 12 months and 1 within 3 years worked
  • Modules are required to be done before the start of assignment (3-4 hours to complete, not billable to the hospital)
