Job Title: Sales Lead

At Chico's FAS, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will play a key role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations to store teams and ensure accountability for achieving sales and performance standards.
  • Supervise sales, inventory receipt, and cash handling processes, ensuring accurate and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Train and coach store teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year retail or sales management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations and strong organizational skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking and standing (8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
