The Role

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. As a Contract Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and identifying top talent to fill open requisitions for our U.S. locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit top talent, including sourcing and interviewing for all FEUS facilities.
  • Develop and implement recruiting best practices for diverse hourly, non-exempt, and exempt positions.
  • Partner with managers to determine requirements for positions and qualities of ideal candidates.
  • Work with managers and HR to create job descriptions as required.
  • Coordinate and conduct phone screen interviews and on-site interviews as appropriate.
  • Manage the job requisition log and applicant/interview/hire reports.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years in a recruiting role, with experience in recruitment of all levels, including hourly, entry-level non-exempt, and professional positions.
  • Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting and employment regulations with the DOL, EEOC, and FLSA.
  • Prior experience with iCIMS ATS preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting chemical or semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
