About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Perishable Department Coordinator. As a key member of our deli team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are available to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings and maintain a high level of knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure the overall appearance of the department is maintained, including fresh product levels, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Provide proactive customer service, offering suggestions for meal solutions and answering product-related questions.
  • Assist in ordering and inventory processes, utilizing ordering guides to control inventory and shrink.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a deli environment and/or using a deli slicer is highly desirable.
