Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Manager in one of our store perishable foods departments. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness, and uniqueness of products
  • Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings
  • Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items, and offer suggestions to complete their meals
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
  • Computer skills
  • Experience leading a team
  • Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters
