Emergency Department Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Del Sol Medical Center. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
- Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state required.
- BCLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
- ENPC certification required within 12 months of hire.
- TNCC or ATCN certification required within 12 months of employment or transfer to the department.
- NIHSS Certification required within 60 days of hire and annually.
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification.
Del Sol Medical Center is a full-service, acute-care hospital in east El Paso, Texas, with a Level II trauma designation.
