About the Role

Tecovas is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store leadership team in creating a sales-driven environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
  • Assist with receiving shipments, preparing products for the sales floor, and maintaining an organized stockroom.
  • Participate in ongoing staff education and training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assist with loss prevention efforts, including cycle counts and transfers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and facilities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
