Job Opportunity: Commercial Lines Producer

Your Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, emails, and diverse channels to uncover new sales opportunities in commercial lines insurance.
  • Schedule meetings or calls with potential clients to present our offerings and build strong relationships.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a robust portfolio of clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Insurance Carriers to deliver seamless service and drive business growth.
  • Embrace a hybrid work schedule, balancing both remote and onsite responsibilities to achieve optimal productivity.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year in a sales role with a proven track record of converting prospects into loyal customers in the P&C industry.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and maintaining a goal-oriented approach, with a strong focus on commercial lines insurance.
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, conducting research, and generating new leads in the commercial lines insurance market.
