About the Role

This part-time position offers 15-25 hours per week with flexibility to work more hours for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or office management, as well as strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other project management software.

Responsibilities
  • Track project progress and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and project-related documentation
  • Process client billing and payments accurately and on time
  • Work closely with vendors and suppliers to track orders and resolve any issues

We offer a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
