  • Monitor Store Operations: Maintain a visible presence throughout the store, observing customer behavior and identifying potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with Store Management: Work closely with store management to develop and implement strategies to prevent theft and shrinkage.
  • Communicate with Associates: Provide training and guidance to store associates on security procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all incident reports, investigations, and other security-related documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, associates, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately observe and record security-related incidents.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, with the ability to navigate security software and systems.
