Join Our Team: Early Childhood Educator

Lewis Clark Early Childhood Program is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of young children in our care.

You will work closely with our teaching team to develop and implement engaging play-based learning activities, promote children's independence, and foster a love of learning. We are seeking someone who is passionate about early childhood education, has a strong understanding of child development theories, and is committed to ongoing professional growth.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement play-based learning activities that meet the diverse needs of children
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive approach to childcare
  • Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children, including serving meals and snacks

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with children and families in early childhood settings
  • Willingness to pursue further education as needed/required to maintain expertise

**Compensation and Benefits:**

The salary for this position is $15.66 per hour, and comes with a range of benefits, including dental and health insurance after 90 days. This is a 35-hour-per-week position that operates for 35 weeks per year.
