Job Title: Operating Room Surgical Technician

At Della Infotech, we are seeking a highly skilled Operating Room Surgical Technician to join our team. As an integral member of the surgical team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a scrub person, preparing and handling instruments, supplies, and equipment necessary during a surgical procedure.
  • Have an understanding of the procedure being performed and anticipate the needs of the surgeon.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to assure quality patient care during the operative procedure.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a surgical technician.
  • Scrubbing experience is required.
  • Must be highly skilled in multiple surgical specialties and a well-rounded CST.
  • NBSTSA certification is required (NCCT not accepted).
Additional Requirements:
  • BLS (AHA) certification.
  • Weekend requirements: 1 night/week, every 5-6 weeks.
  • On-call requirements: Yes.

Please note that COVID vaccination is required for this position. Travelers must be willing to work the Thanksgiving holiday, including Friday and weekend after (if needed/scheduled). RTO during this holiday will not be approved.
