Hostess/Greeter

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team at Deja Blue restaurant. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

• Greeting and Seating: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their seats, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
• Menu Management: Manage menus, ensuring they are sufficient for the number of guests and periodically checking their cleanliness.
• Guest Communication: Communicate with guests to ensure their needs are met, including taking orders, answering questions, and providing menu recommendations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for our guests.

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Competitive Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
