- Provide direct basic care to assigned patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Implement patient education based on established teaching plans, promoting health literacy and self-care.
- Utilize a problem-solving approach to decision-making, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
- Monitor offsite and onsite scheduling, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, contributing to the continuous enhancement of patient care and services.
- Graduate from a Licensed Practical Nursing program.
- Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
- Active CPR certification.
- Knowledge of specific state laws and regulations governing practice.
- Satisfactory completion of initial and annual clinical competencies.
- Competitive salary range: $30.50 to $33.00.
- Shift differential: up to $3.00.
- Sign-on bonus: $6,500.
