Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with school instructional leaders to develop common goals that support the continued growth of teachers and students
  • Design and deliver coaching sessions to support teachers in leveraging technology to enhance instruction and student learning
  • Develop and implement innovative instructional practices that promote student engagement and achievement
  • Provide coaching and support to teachers in using data to inform instruction and drive student growth
  • Work with school leaders to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote instructional innovation and student achievement
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in instructional coaching and technology integration, and share knowledge with colleagues

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of full-time teaching and instructional coaching experience in a K-12 private, public or charter school
  • Proven track record of using technology to enhance instruction and student learning
  • Experience in developing and implementing instructional coaching programs
  • Strong knowledge of innovative instructional practices and ability to integrate technology with pedagogy
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
